Every All-absorb training pad consists of 5 layers of materials. The first layer is made of non-woven cloth, which allows dog urine flow through to the absorbent core quickly. The second layer is made of paper tissue, added with dog attractant and baking soda. The third layer is a mix of super-absorbent polymer and fluff pulp, which forms the absorbent core that can absorb and turn dog urine to gel instantly. The absorbent core can hold 3 cups of liquid. The fourth layer is also made of paper tissue. The back layer is made of water-proof PE film, which prevents wetting your floor.

I was looking for a replacement for the ever changing Wee Wee pads that get smaller and smaller with each order. First we tried the All Max brand and they worked great and I was going to simply change to those. Then I saw these and read the reviews which was followed by ordering them. The better price for an excellent product is what clinched the deal for me. They are so absorbent and fit the piddle pad holder well. They are also softer and easier to use. I gave one the royal test this morning for our little toy poodles morning potty and they worked great. It does seem to keep the urine in one place better too instead of traveling on the mat and having it get on his paws which I also liked. At only 20 cents a pad, they will be our new replacement.
UPDATE: 4-18-2014 These were out of stock for quite awhile and I just ordered/received a new batch. They are different!!! The inside white part that is absorbent is smaller like the wee wee pads. Not so impressed anymore and probably won’t buy again.

One thing I’d never thought I’d ever consider myself very knowledgeable about would be piddle pads. I’m a pro. I’ve tried several different brands and know what I want and don’t want in them. Yes, I’ve used the medical chucks and they do work for me, but because my Liam can be a roamer, sometimes they aren’t as optimal as I’d like. The chucks, which are fairly inexpensive, measure only 17″ x 24 inches. In my short video clip you can see the difference between them and the All-Absorb, which is a much, much better option.

You really have to think about your reason for ordering this size pad. If you have a small dog under ten pounds, these will be perfect. If you have a large breed pup who will quickly outgrow them, you’ll be sorely disappointed. I use them year-round, but many people use them during the winter months because their dogs can’t go out in inclement weather.

    FEATURES:

► Quick drying surface prevents tracking
► The super-absorbent core can turn urine into gel instantly and hold up to 3 cups of liquid
► Built-in attractant and odor neutralizer
► Perfect for training or assisting aging dogs
    ► Leak proof
    ► Standard Size (22″x23″)

The surface of the All-Absorb pads quickly wicks away the liquid into the fiber. Sometimes the thicker pads tend to keep the liquid on the surface for some reason, but the All-Absorb work well in this regard. I change pads often and you’ll have to consider how many you’ll use when you decide to order. One hundred pads will probably last long enough to get that pup trained.

I’m not having any “adjustment” problems with the All-Absorb and I do like the added width. The All-Absorb pads are specifically made for training, although they are perfect for the inside dog. There are directions for use on the side of the box. Once again, make sure that you order these pads for a smaller breed dog. If you disregard the measurements and and they don’t suit your pet’s needs you can’t blame the pads. Very nice pads and perfect for smaller breed dogs, especially those little rovers.

I bought those pads for my newly adopted Yorkie. All- absorb training pads are the lowest price I can find on Amazon.com right now. I hesitated for a while before I bought them cause I’ve never heard of this brand. For 21 bucks, I thought I should give it a shot so I placed the order.

Now I’m happy that I made a right decision. Those pads work perfectly. It doesn’t take my Yorkie very long to recognize that the pad is the right place to release himself, and then the pad quickly absorbed the urine. Since my Yorkie only wetted a small part of the pad, I didn’t change the pad immediately as instructed and there’s no odor coming out of the pad so I guess the odor neutralizer works.

The 50-count Top Paw training pads at PetSmart will cost me the same price at $20.99 so basically those All-absorb pads cost me only half price of Top Paw. Those pads make my Yorkie happy and my floor clean at a very reasonable price. That’s why I love Amazon.com, which always brings great value products to customers.
